Award-winning Terroir (tare-wAHr) Chocolate has been a staple brand at Hive + Hollow for years. Terroir was founded by husband and wife team Kristen and Josh, who believe that the boldest of flavors come from simple, real ingredients that honor their origin.
A complex, dark milk chocolate set off with the “crack” of home-made, maple toffee, using the finest Minnesota-harvested maple syrup straight from the sugar shack up the road from Terroir. The toffee gets its smoke from the maple smoked sea salt that gives depth with the richness of smoke.
