Award-winning Terroir (tare-wAHr) Chocolate has been a staple brand at Hive + Hollow for years. Terroir was founded by husband and wife team Kristen and Josh, who believe that the boldest of flavors come from simple, real ingredients that honor their origin.
Cardamom Krumkake - The traditional Krumkake- a thin, sweet Norwegian cookie made on a hot iron, then shaped into a cone- is broken into cookie crumbles and added to Terrior dark milk chocolate.
Lavender Latte - Inspired by Kristin's first trip to Provence, France in her early 20's- this dark milk chocolate bar is smooth and floral with uniquely rich coffee and lavender flavor.
Smoked Maple Brittle - A complex, dark milk chocolate set off with the “crack” of home-made, maple toffee, using the finest Minnesota-harvested maple syrup straight from the sugar shack up the road from Terroir.
Wild Orange - This bar celebrates the simple zing of wild clementines and the bitterness of dark chocolate. The citrus notes of bar will linger as the chocolate is enjoyed.
Cafe Au Lait - Smooth creamy chocolate with the distinct taste of Ethiopian coffee. The coffee balances the dark milk chocolate with added cream to capture the bliss of the perfect coffee and cream in a chocolate bar.
Golden Milk - This bar with its vibrant yellow color will fill your soul with the goodness of golden milk turmeric latte. Your tastebuds and spirit will savor the classic combo of turmeric, cinnamon and black pepper.
Mint Brownie - This bar marries the pep of mint with the richness of dark milk chocolate. The fresh minty flavor paired with Terroir's signature chocolate creates a unique flavor that's meant to be savored.
